Pragma Products is responsible for the development and packaging of Pragma's products and services as well as partner development, enablement and management.

Development
A team of developers constantly work at developing and refining our service offerings, business processes and the enterprise asset management software tool that supports the business processes. They also continually enhance the service to ensure that it complies with governmental regulations and world standards, such as PAS 55.

Partner Enablement
On the enablement side a team of dedicated trainers provide comprehensive training to operational staff members responsible for delivering the ACC service. A very high standard and strict examination process ensures that all engineers are well qualified to execute their work.

Clients
Pragma Products have a number of clients that is directly engaged with them. These include Original Equipment Manufacturers, Large Asset Owners and a small group of partners across the globe. They also have a number of clients who makes use of the On Key software and operate and manage their assets themselves.

The Pragma Products head office is based in Cape Town with a regional office in Midrand, Johannesburg. From these two offices, Products serves it partners and clients across the globe.
