Issues related to organisational diversity are overseen by our Consultative Forum, which comprises representatives from all levels of the organisation. This forum meets quarterly to discuss matters relating to transformation, which encompasses Employment Equity, Skills Development, BBBEE, Legislative Compliance and Policy & Procedure. The outcomes of these meetings have a direct impact on the development of business plans and contribute to our transformation process.
