The team members of an ACC consist of an Asset Care Centre manager, managing the ACC, Asset Care engineer who is responsible for delivering the asset management service and a data capturer responsible for managing the data. A combination of these resources is assigned to a client in line with their contractual agreement.
The ACC manager and his team of qualified engineers and support staff play a crucial role in the success of the optimisation of asset performance. They are responsible for making the service work within the client environment. This offer involves customising the methodology and business processes and the management of the change process.
All ACC staff members are accredited in The Pragma Way. Accreditation is an annual process which ensures that all staff is proficient in the latest service enhancements and business processes.
