We understand that every client has a unique operation with very specific asset-intensive requirements. Therefore we have developed three distinct ACC delivery models to assist in growing your asset maturity and helping you achieve a return on your physical assets.

   
 

ACC@Pragma

ACC@Client

ACC Client operated

The first option, called ACC@Pragma, means that we provide our own office space and resources, which are shared between up to 8 clients. Daily communication via e-mail, phone or personal meetings take place.

In option two, ACC@Client, Pragma dedicates its resources to the client. Normally an ACC office is established at the client's site and they are then integrated into the client's structures and processes. On Key is used as the sole EAMS or is used in support of the client's ERP/EAMS.

The third option, ACC Client Operated, is available for those clients who have a certain measure of asset management maturity and that does have the resources to perform the tasks. They do however not have their own business processes in place and Pragma provides these with 2 days per month interventions as well as with strategic guidance and maturity assessments.
