The PRAGMA Academy's range of courses aims at three organizational levels.

On the operational level courses such as The Fundamentals of Asset Management, Root Cause Analysis and Maintenance Planning and Scheduling are appropriate. On a management level, courses such as Maintenance Plan Development and Change Management will effectively support asset management improvement; while at the top management level the course on Strategy Development and Performance Measures would ads much value.

Strategy Development and Performance Management (2 days)
In benchmarking ‘world class’ asset management programs, it was found that they all had one thing in common: they were driven by executive management , around a specific set of tangible strategic intents. This course is delivered only in an on-site format as the client’s particular situation is considered. Click here to view the course.

Change Management within Asset Management (8 weeks distance learning)

There is also a weekly opportunity for internet based Q&A sessions with the trainer.
