The new rotable process is well integrated within all shops at our client. An increase in transparency and reduction in cost are some of the benefits currently being experienced. Effective equipment performance monitoring is the next challenge. Enhancing the rotable process and making use of system functionality, such as SAP PM Serialization and automation will make this a reality in the near future.
