Asset Reliability The Key Differentiator in the South African Automotive Sector

March 27, 2017

We are very pleased that Pragma will be a participant and exhibitor at the inaugural NAACAM Show, which will take place from 5th to 7TH April 2017 at the Durban ICC. The NAACAM Show is the effort from all South African automotive stakeholders, including government, to respond to the challenges facing South Africa’s automotive sector.

These challenges include problems with existing assets, high maintenance expenses and failing to meet desired productivity output because of underperforming assets or equipment. We invite the entire automotive industry to visit us at stand 46 next to entrance 2 to discuss best practice approach in addressing these challenges so that you can operate at your optimum.

NAACAM is currently emphasising compliance of members with the revised B-BBEE codes of good practice. As a LEVEL 1 B-BBEE contributor, Pragma views transformation as a strategic imperative and has invested a great deal to ensure that we do not only comply but are competitive in Sustainable Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment.

We are excited that our relationship with NAACAM strategically adds value to members, helping them with operational challenges, successes and issues that are critical to industry performance and development. It has been great meeting with some NAACAM members in regional meetings over the past few months and we hope to meet many more in the near future.
