Getting Started
This module focuses on and allows users to Access On Key,Navigate,Installing Silverlight,Logging Off On Key,Viewing of Asset/Asset Type Tree Structures and the different grid lists and options. At the end of this module the learner is required to complete a Quiz relating to all material provided at which he/her would have to obtain a pass mark of 75% to proceed to the next Module.
Accessing On Key Profiles
This module encorporates the basic ways in which data can be extrapolated and viewed based on the different requirements of certain users. It looks at the concepts of Profiles ,Charts and Tab Orders in On Key.
Staff Configuration
This module gives a general overview of Staff members in On Key. It enables the learner to configure the necessary pre requisite master data in terms of Sections,Trades and Calendars to subsequently configure a particular Staff member.At the end of this module the learner is required to complete a Quiz relating to all material provided at which he/her would have to obtain a pass mark of 75% to proceed to the next Module.
Unscheduled Work Orders
This module focuses on how to execute transactions in On Key regarding work that needs to be done on equipment. It enables the user to understand the difference between a work request and a work order as well as to create Work Orders and Work Requests in On Key.At the end of this module the learner is required to complete a Quiz relating to all material provided at which he/her would have to obtain a pass mark of 75% to proceed to the next Module.
Feedback On Work
This module focuses on the capturing of feedback from work orders back into the system. It outlines the crucial details that need to filled in on work orders as well as enables the user to execute these transactions in On Key.
