What is it all about?

Physical assets should not be down due to a lack of spare parts. But how do you organise your supply chain to be able to be in control? This training is all about getting the foundations in place.

As a structure we use our roadmap to discuss the essential elements for an efficient supply chain. This enables the learners to see the end picture when we are looking at the basics. With discussing the basics, we will cover topics like: Master data, Warehouse management, procedures, procurement management, inventory management and many more.

During this course we will explain all different possible ways of setting up your supply chain and point out the best practice in different scenarios.

Besides, we will touch on methods to improve certain aspects of your supply chain to the desired level. To make this understandable we will use many examples from our years of experience to make it easily applicable.

On top of this, several elements will be addressed by using actual problem cases which the learners have to solve.
