The well-known Lion Match company, manufacturer of matches, Strikers
Firelighters, lighters and other products is situated in Rosslyn,
They have been running a complicated ERP maintenance module where they
manually create work orders per schedule and for breakdowns for their
equipment. Currently no costing per job can be tracked and they need a
service to feed their planning department.
Pragma was contracted to set up an ACC@Pragma service. On Key will be
implemented in March and it will be configured to integrate with
