Our response to Covid-19
Your health and safety is our top priority. As a group, we have been taking various actions to safeguard our clients and employees. Our main goal is to work with the international community to flatline the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
In response to the current pandemic, we have implemented new policies to guide our work practices and will continue to review them as new requirements become available. We believe through implementing these policies; we are exercising our duty of care to help prevent transmission, while still providing continuity of service.
Our new policies have impacted some of our services. While some of the clients providing non-essential goods or services have chosen to halt services, others have opted to go ahead full steam requiring us to review our traditional work practices.
We have a diverse client portfolio, each facing a unique set of challenges during this time. It has prompted us to be agile in our client service approach with different tactics rolling out. While most of our teams are working remotely, other team members are required to do occasional site visits or to work on a rotational basis to minimise physical contact.
We are confident that we can continue to operate as usual. Our account managers will engage with you to discuss the best method and applicable communication technology, to ensure all objectives are met efficiently, adequately and in line with the COVID-19 recommendations.
