Pragma dedicated to continually improve service offering

October saw the second round of the very successful Customer Days hosted by Pragma Products and Pragma Africa.

The
one-day sessions were held in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban and
were aimed at all our existing clients in each of these regions. The
agenda for the day was quite simply to give feedback about the latest
technologies (On Key), Best Practices (AMIP) and Asset Care Centres
(Business Processes). It was also an ideal opportunity for clients to
interact with the Pragma team and to benchmark with other clients

The presentations ranged from “Benefits of Asset Management” to “Best
Practices in On Key” to “Asset Management in the Current Economic
Climate”. The presenters and presentations were rated highly by the
attendees, indicating the relevance of what was discussed. All three
days were well attended, with the total number of attendees exceeding
last year’s days.

The success of this event can definitely be
ascribed to the participation of our loyal clients, as well as the
commitment from the Pragma team to put together yet another value-adding
customer day.
