Shutdown Management

A planned shutdown is an intended stoppage of all or a part of a facility to allow access for essential maintenance. It is an end-to-end controlled process, aimed at compressing the agreed work scope safely into the minimum amount of time, utilising different areas or units of the workforce. Often a planned shutdown requires a number of outsourced contractors.
