On Key 5 training structured according to your role requirement!

We understand that in order for training to be impactful, it must speak to specific training needs. For this reason, we offer On Key training courses structured to provide the required skills for key roles within asset management teams, responsible for On Key activities.

We have created three Learning Pathways, which provide targeted training which aims to equip learners with the knowledge required to fulfill their duties using On Key 5.

Courses available according to a Learning Pathway

We offer 3 courses, each consisting of online learning modules and virtual classroom contact sessions (CS)

  • The Entry learning pathway focuses on On Key usability, navigation and Work Order transactions.
  • The Basic learning pathway introduces the learner also to the Asset Register and basic concepts of planning.
  • The Advanced learning pathway is for the engineering planners or learners looking to get a full understanding of what On Key has to offer both from a configuration and transactional point of view. This learning pathway covers the full scope of Planning, Scheduling and Daily Allocation.

About the training

The courses are delivered in a blended approach making use of eLearning, Discussion Forums and Virtual Instructor Lead Training (VILT). The VILT sessions are led by a subject matter expert and provide learners an opportunity to ask detailed questions and get insights to how these practices can work in their environment.

  • The online learning is available on the Pragma Academy Portal (our learning management system).
  • The modules are self-guided and allow you the opportunity to learn and immediately apply your knowledge in your workplace.
  • The virtual classroom contact sessions are set in advance and you can plan to attend a date that suits you.
  • During the virtual classroom session, you will engage with a facilitator and peers to discuss key concepts and have the opportunity to ask any questions you might have.
