Pragma will be hosting clients’ days around the country in November. “We’d like to thank our clients for their support and share some meaningful physical asset management principles which can be applied at their workplace. Included in the talks will be focus areas for physical asset management in the current economic climate as well as the opportunity to share success stories, obstacles and lessons learnt from each other”, says Adriaan Scheeres, CEO of Pragma.
Helgard Pienaar will welcome guests. He will be followed by Alan Tait, MD of Pragma, who will address guests on the state of the nation. Issues covered will include the fuel hikes, recession and more. Says Tait: “I’ll also be looking at where physical asset managers (PAM) can have an impact, who the real decision makers are when it comes to PAM, strategy and tips on how to budget in economic times of uncertainty as well as a basic overview of ISO 55 000 and how to implement it.”
This will be followed by case studies on Shell as well as Zero unplanned Stops and focused improvement. After a short break, case studies on Pragma’s best clients will be discussed. These include the City of Cape Town and Shell. Common problems will then be workshopped, what the best clients do differently as well as the Pragma PAM competition.
Following the tea break, Dirk Janse van Rensburg will present an ACC Tools demo, using On Key 5 and its toolset to stretch the limits of PAM, how to go from On Key 4 to On Key 5 and the added value to your organisation, the On Key suite, how to send auto emails and use a tablet in conjunction with On Key, and more.
Motivational speaker Hein Wagner, followed by lunch, will conclude the day.
